Who should apply

Eligibility:

  • Graduate in Engineering, Management, Social Work, Social Science, or Public Policy from a reputed Institute
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Administrative management (Preferably in non-profit organisations).
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills are a must.
  • Direct experience in Donor or Fund Management (Added advantage)
  • Fluent in Marathi (Added advantage)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in proposal writing and maintain a repository of proposals and donor documents.
  • Manage donor communication, records, agreements, acknowledgements, and periodic correspondence.
  • Coordinate with project teams and the accounts department to ensure timely reports, budgets, utilisation certificates, and donor updates.
  • Maintain project photographs, videos, success stories, and support communication for donor-funded projects with the social media manager or agency.
