Dr. (Mrs) Ujjwala Pendse is a Trustee at MLDT and has varied experience in fields of Organisation Development and Human Resources management across Corporations such as TCS, Siemens, Wockhardt and Co-Founder of Vernalis India Pvt. Ltd., a consulting Company in Organisation Transformation and Human Resource assessment and development.
For over a decade, she has been leading MLDT’s holistic community development programme at Vikramgad, which spans across sectors of health, education, sustainable livelihoods, and women’s empowerment.
