ICR STUDY GROUP KOLHAPUR
Kolhapur ICR group started in 2001 ; the silver jubilee of ICR, to forward the institutional vision of forwarding standardised practice of homoeopathy and cost-effective clinical care to needy. The institutional faculty has been regularly visiting and mentoring the group of dedicated homoeopathic physicians in Kolhapur since then
Academic Activities– MLDMHI Faculty has been regularly conducting academic activities for practitioners and students since 23 years (since 2001); Case based workshops to promote SCR methodology are conducted, 2 days once in 2 months for core group members where they share and learn to enhance their competence in standardised homoeopathic practice.
We also conduct periodic Seminars and lectures for final year and interns for colleges and practitioners in and around Kolhapur. Apart from this local group members also meet once a week for academic activities.
| Since June 2006 Homoeopathic Charitable Clinical services are operational at Kuditre village which is 12 km from Kolhapur and ICR Study Group Kolhapur In April 2020, MLDMHI alumni MLDMHIAA Kolhapur chapter was created to further the academic, clinical and community based activities in Nagala Park Kolhapur. |
We also have organised periodic free camps in nearby villages and schools and Flood relief activities in Kolhapur and Sangli and aid for school students in Kolhapur were organised.
More than 100 students and practitioners have been benefited and continue to benefit from these workshops and group discussions. Our group members are working as teaching staff in Homeopathic colleges at Miraj, Sangli, Jaysingpur, Vengurla, and Kolhapur.
10th Nov 2024, Dhawale Trust Hospital, Palghar got recognition for quality improvement from IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj award for sharing best practice of optimising the discharge process time. To promote tribal culture, a Ranbhaji (Tribal Wild Vegetables) festival was organized. The visitors were treated to hitherto unknown raw wild vegies, diverse food flavours and tribal dance performances including the famous Tarpa dance.
