Cancellation & Refund Policy

DR M L DHAWALE MEMORIAL TRUST believes in helping its donors as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the donation request. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the donation is already processed and filing is complete.

DR M L DHAWALE MEMORIAL TRUST does not accept cancellation requests for donations for events where a ticket or seat may be booked or the donation is towards the organisation of the event, and the event is confirmed. The Borad of Directors will act as deemed fit after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of any Refunds approved by the DR M L DHAWALE MEMORIAL TRUST, it ‘ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
