Established in 1987, Dr. M. L. Dhawale Memorial Trust (MLDT) has always cared for the marginalized. Be that a poor patient, deprived peasant, destitute woman or a penniless student; MLDT is always there with extended arms. Starting with looking after patients under the blue sky to one rural clinic to a spread of  6 Centers, 3 hospitals, 8 urban clinics, 3 rural clinics, and 1 mobile medical clinic which provide holistic medical care with Homoeopathy as the mainstay treatment. MLDT’s footprint reaches around more than 1.5 lakhs patients every year.

Apart from providing the much needed holistic medical care, we are also known for holistic community development- Providing antenatal care and institutional delivery to ensure healthy mothers & babies; providing livelihood opportunities, to make them financially independent; providing quality education to students to ensure better career prospects.

We are active in the field of Clinical as well as educational Research. The Trust has completed Extra-Mural Researches funded by the Ministry of Ayush, Govt of India and is engaged in innumerable pilot studies as on-going research activities.

Dr. M. L. Dhawale Memorial Homoeopathic Institute offers post graduate degree MD (Hom) in 6 Homoeopathic and Clinical subjects. The colleges are approved by NCH (National Commision of Homoeopathy) and affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. Various other courses & specialized training Programmes in homoeopathy are offered by the Institute. Hundreds of Homoeopathic physicians from all around the world have been trained by us.

Dr. M. L. Dhawale cared a lot for the pursuit of Knowledge. The Trust is the proud publisher of his books on Homoeopathy and Homoeopathic Education. His followers have continued to write scholarly books on all aspects of Homoeopathy, which are published by the Trust.
